The GJM-SGE is a Grand Jumbo acoustic-electric guitar with a 14-fret construction and a dovetail neck joint for solid and reliable connection. It features a solid Sitka Spruce top, which delivers a balanced and versatile sound with excellent projection. The back and sides are made of mahogany, adding warmth and depth to the overall tone.
The neck is crafted from mahogany and has a low-profile design, offering comfortable playability and easy access to the upper frets. The nut and saddle are made of bone, contributing to enhanced sustain and resonance. The fingerboard and bridge are constructed with Micarta, a durable and stable material that provides smooth playability and excellent tonal transfer.
With a scale length of 25.4 inches (645 mm) and a neck width at the nut of 1-11/16 inches (42.9 mm), the GJM-SGE offers a comfortable playing experience suitable for a wide range of playing styles. The two-way truss rod allows for precise adjustment of the neck, ensuring optimal playability and setup.
The tuning machines are chrome diecast, providing reliable and accurate tuning stability. The guitar is equipped with the Sigma Preamp, which includes a built-in tuner for convenient on-stage tuning. The satin finish with sunburst adds a touch of vintage aesthetic to the guitar, while the D'Addario EXP16 strings deliver a balanced tone and long-lasting performance.
