The basic necessities for an electronic percussion pad haven't been overlooked on the WaveDrum either with 100 user programmable presets where you can change every parameter you can imagine including sensitivity, the material of the instrument and built in reverb and delay effects.
The original Wavedrum is still a rare and sought-after piece, and Korg have finally bought back its concept for 2009, and what a job they've done! It's hard to describe the responsiveness of the Wavedrum without playing one, but to give you an idea of just how musical it is for an electronic pad, we've found a video of someone demonstrating it. It's amazing how far electronic percussion has come!
